Super Saturday: A money management seminar on Mar. 14

Let’s face it: All of us would like to have more money, or, at least, to be able to manage our money better. In spite of that, though, most of us don’t know where to start with learning how to achieve that.

This is why we all need to work on acquiring as much knowledge about personal finance as we can.

Here’s a short and practical list of how to get a hold of information and wisen up in the realm of personal finance:

• Read as many books as you can about personal finance. For starters, try “Saving Your Future.”
• Read up on personal finance blogs, as they are more likely to be up-to-date, especially when it comes to trends, such as stock market tips, the latest scams, or great books you need to read.
• Catch seminars that are about personal finance.

Speaking of the latter, residents of the New York/New Jersey Tri-State Area, who are near the Ramada Plaza Newark Liberty International Airport on Frontage Road have an opportunity to attend a seminar that a personal finance “pilgrim” can’t afford to miss: the Super Saturday hosted by the WSB Green Team, in cooperation with the Jersey City, New Jersey, and the Whitestone, New York WFG Offices.

The event will be on March 14th, 2015, and will last from noon till 8PM. Super Saturday will be made up of two sessions: The session from 12NN to 4PM is the one for guests, and will be about the basics of personal finance. The featured speakers include CEO MD Mitch Pangilinan and EVC Eric Colet.
