In D.C., 44 fallen soldiers are mourned

Philippine Embassy officers and staff join the Filipino nation in mourning the 44 members of the elite Special Action Force of the Philippine National Police who were killed in action on January 25, 2015 during counter-terrorist operations in Maguindanao, Southern Philippines.
